Day 01- Cochin Airport to Cochin( 40 km - 1hr)
Arrival in Cochin Airport, Our representative/driver would receive you. Then transfer to the hotel. The commercial capital and the largest cosmopolitan city of Kerala, Cochin also known as Ernakulam. With one of the finest harbours on the Arabian Sea coast. Evening coffee can be sipped at Fort Kochi where you could see Chinese fishing net , local fish market. Some handicrafts, perfumes etc can also be bought here. If you're interested, there are some very ancient monuments available that's worth a visit.
Day 02- Cochin to Munnar (140KM - 4Hrs)
Breakfast at the hotel/resort. Drive to Munnar through the picturesque countryside viz Kothamagalam town, Neeriamgalam Bridge, Cheerpara Waterfall and Valara Waterfall. Munnar is surrounded by lush green tea estates and situated at the confluence of three mountain streams, this picturesque hill station boasts of exotic flora and fauna. Overnight stay at the resort
Day 03- Munnar
Breakfast in the resort /Hotel . The name Munnar is believed to mean "three rivers" and its offers the coolest climate in Kerala. Today Visit Eravikulam National park where you can see Nilgiri Tahr(endangered mountain goat). Later Visit Mattupetty Dam and the boating facilities. Also you have the option to visit Tea Museum where the do the demo of Tea processing also have the option for tea tasting. Overnight stay at Resort /Hotel.
Day 04- Munnar to Thekkady (140 km - 5.5hrs)
Check out from the hotel after breakfast and drive to Thekkady drive through scenic hills covered with plantations and few waterfalls on the way. Enroute visit Chinnakanal , Devikulam and Afternoon check in at hotel . After lunch proceed to visit spice plantation (Tea , Cardamon, coffee, Cocco etc ) Overnight stay at Resort /Hotel.
Day 05- Thekkady
After breakfast , Today you can visit the sightseeing points and boating in Periyar Lake (Periyar wildlife sanctuary ). You have a chance to see elephant, boar ,deers and various birds. After the boating you can drive to Elephant camp for the ride . Evening you can walk down in the town for shopping of spices and handicrafts Overnight stay at Resort /Hotel.
Day 06- Thekkady to Kumarakom (135 - 5 Hrs)
Check out from the resort and proceed to Kumarakom back waters.Enorute pass via Kottayam town where you can do the shopping . Later check in at the resort . Free day at lesuire . You Can try Ayurveda treatment at the hotel or have the option do country canone ride. Overnight at the resort/Hotel .
Day 07- Kumarakom to Houseboat(25 - 1 hrs
Breakfast. Checkout and drive to Alleppey. By noon, embark on a Houseboat for an overnight cruise. Cruise through the palm fringed canals; watch the Paddy fields, village folk, relax on board hearing lullaby of the wind and waves. This mysterious strip of emerald green land is stuffed with endless miles of placid backwaters that appends to its charm. Cruise till 6 in the evening by when the houseboat halts in the lake for overnight stay. (Next day, cruising starts at 7.30 am.) Unwind yourself watching the endless strips of greenery passing by you while the boat moves in a relaxing pace.
Day 08- Kumarakom to Kovalam (220 - 5.5 hrs)
Check out from the hotel and proceed to Kovalam. Kovalam is a beach on the Arabian Sea in Kerala.Kovalam means a grove of coconut trees and true to its name the village offers an endless sight of coconut trees.Kovalam has three beaches separated by rocky outcroppings in its 17 km coastline, the three together form the famous crescent of the Kovalam beach(Light house, Samudra and Hawa). The shallow waters stretching for hundreds of metres are ideal for swimming (depending on the weather and tide). Rest of the day at leisure at Kovalam Beach .Overnight at the resort/Hotel .
Day 09- Kovalam to Trivandrum Airport (14 km - 30/45 mins)
Return transfer to Airport to catch the flight for outward journey with sweet memories of Kerala, God's Own Country.
